Who We Are
Six Values. One Brotherhood.
Zeta Rho carries the ideals of Kappa Alpha Order onto the UAFS campus: reverence, gentility, brotherhood, knowledge, excellence, and leadership. Our members lead student organizations, serve Fort Smith, and build friendships that outlast college.
Dieu et les Dames
Reverence
We hold space for faith and reflection, including weekly Bible study open to every brother, because a man's character starts with what he honors.
Gentility
Respect for women isn't a talking point — it's the standard. From how we carry ourselves at socials to how we speak about the women in our lives, gentility guides the way we show up.
Brotherhood
Beyond the letters, we're a family. Brothers show up for each other — in crisis, in celebration, and in the every day — building bonds that outlast the four years we're here.
Knowledge
We hold ourselves to GPA standards, staff study hours, and lean on each other academically — because pursuing excellence in the classroom is as much a part of the Order as anything else.
Excellence
Good enough isn't the standard. Whether it's philanthropy events, recruitment, or representing the chapter on campus, we push to do things at the highest level we're capable of.
Leadership
Our brothers lead across Greek council and student organizations at UAFS — Kappa Alpha men step up, not stand by.
